A quoi faut-il faire attention avec les conduites de chauffage 230 V:
• toujours fixer le câble de chauffage sur la partie inférieure du tuyau
• la conduite d'eau doit être mise à la terre
• les câbles de chauffage 230 V sont prêts à l'utilisation, il suffit de les connecter à une alimentation électrique avec disjoncteur (disjoncteur différentiel 30 mA)
• les câbles de chauffage ne doivent pas être raccourcis, ils doivent donc être commandés à la bonne longueur
• les surplus de longueurs peuvent être enroulés autour du tuyau (veillez à ce que les enroulements soient, au minimum espacés de 15 mm)
• ne pas plier le câble de chauffage et respecter un rayon de courbure minimal de 50 mm environ
• les câbles de chauffage peuvent être fixés au tuyau par de la bande adhésive avec Alu-Tape
• pour une utilisation sur des tuyaux en plastique, le tuyau doit être enveloppé avec Alu-Tape, avant la pose
• la conduite et le cordon chauffant devraient être pourvus d’une isolation de 13 mm maximum
• le thermostat du câble de chauffage doit être positionné à l'endroit le plus froid du tuyau
• le thermostat ne doit être que modérément isolé
• ne pas utiliser de conduite de chauffage 230 V dans des endroits à portée d'animaux
• conformément à VDE0100, le montage doit être effectué du personnel spécialisé et qualifié

What to remember about 230 V heating cables:
• always attach the heating cable to the underside of the pipe
• the water pipe must be earthed
• the 230 V heating cables are ready to connect and should be connected to a power supply with a circuit breaker (30 mA residual current circuit breaker)
• the heating cables must not be shortened and should therefore be ordered in the correct length
• excess length can be wound around the pipe (note that a winding distance of at least 15 mm must be maintained between coils)
• do not bend the heating cable and note the maximum bending radius of approx. 50 mm
• the heating cables can be secured to the pipe with insulating tape or aluminium tape
• if using plastic pipes, aluminium tape must be wrapped around the pipe before routing the heating cable
• the pipeline and heating cable should be insulated with a max. insulation of 13 mm
• the thermostat on the heating cable should be attached at the coldest position on the pipe
• the thermostat may only be insulated moderately
• do not use 230 V heating cables in animals' bite areas
• installation must be carried out in accordance with VDE0100 by a trained professional

Was ist bei 230 V heizleitungen zu beachten:
• heizkabel immer an der rohrunterseite anbringen
• die wasserleitung muss geerdet sein
• die 230 V-heizkabel sind steckerfertig und an eine stromversorgung mit schutzschalter (FI-schalter 30 mA) anzuschließen
• die heizkabel dürfen nicht gekürzt werden und sollten daher bereits in richtiger Länge bestellt werden
• restlängen können in windungen um das rohr gewickelt werden (beachten sie, dass hier ein windungsabstand von mind. 15 mm eingehalten werden muss)
• heizkabel nicht knicken und den max. biegeradius von ca. 50 mm beachten
• die heizkabel können mit isolierband oder mit alu-tape am rohr befestigt werden
• bei der verwendung an kunststoffrohren muss das rohr vor der verlegung des heizkabels mit alu-tape umwickelt werden
• die rohrleitung und das heizkabel sollte mit einer isolierung von max. 13 mm isoliert werden
• das thermostat des heizkabels sollte an der kältesten position der rohrleitung angebracht werden
• das thermostat darf nur mäßig isoliert werden
• keine 230 V heizleitungen im verbissbereich von tieren verwenden
• die montage muss gemäß VDE0100 von einer qualifizierten fachkraft durchgeführt werden
