De MULTIFLEX tagging-lus vertegenwoordigt de huidige ontwikkeling in het taggen van dieren. In de praktijk (slijtagetest) heeft de volledig flexibele lus bij verschillende diersoorten zijn goede duurzaamheid aangetoond, terwijl zeer lage verliezen worden geregistreerd en het dier wordt gerespecteerd. Het exclusieve gebruik van polyurethaan als grondstof geeft de MultiFlex-loop extreme duurzaamheid en efficiëntie. Het gebruikte en gepatenteerde harde cirkelvormige punt (HKS) kenmerkt met name de lus. Dit extreem scherpe piercingpunt vergemakkelijkt perforatie tijdens het aanhalen en fixeren van de huid van het oor. De geïntegreerde pons biedt dus betere omstandigheden voor een diervriendelijke oorpiercing. De luchtopeningen in de tipstengel zorgen voor snelle genezing door geforceerde ventilatie van de wond. Tegelijkertijd dienen de ventilatiegaten als een vooraf bepaald breekpunt in het geval van het scheuren van het label. Het is niet langer mogelijk om het label te scheiden. Volgens de huidige stand van kennis is het daarom mogelijk om maximale veiligheid bij het hanteren te garanderen.

La boucle de marquage MULTIFLEX représente l'évolution actuelle dans le marquage des animaux. Dans la pratique (test du port), chez différentes espèces animales, la boucle totalement flexible a fait la preuve de sa bonne durabilité tout en enregistrant de très faibles pertes et en respectant l'animal. L'utilisation exclusive de polyuréthane comme matière première confère à la boucle MultiFlex une longévité et une efficacité extrêmes. La pointe circulaire dure (HKS) utilisée et brevetée caractérise particulièrement la boucle. Cette pointe de perçage extrêmement pointue facilite la perforation tout en serrant et fixant la peau de l'oreille. Ainsi, le poinçon intégré offre de meilleures conditions pour un perçage de l'oreille respectueux de l'animal. Les ouvertures d'air placées dans la tige de la pointe veillent à une cicatrisation rapide via la ventilation forcée de la plaie. Parallèlement, les orifices d'aération servent de point de rupture prédéterminé en cas de déchirure de l'étiquette. Il n'est plus possible de séparer l'étiquette. Ainsi, d'après l'état actuel des connaissances, il est possible de garantir une sécurité de manipulation maximale.

The MultiFlex Ear Tag is the latest development in animal marking technology. The completely flexible ear tag has proved in practical use (retention test) on different animal species to be very durable and kind to animals, and to present at the same time high retention rates. Due to the use of polyurethane as raw material the MultiFlex Ear Tag becomes a highly durable and efficient product. This ear tag excels particularly by its patented hard-crown tip (HCT). Its extremely sharp cutting tip pre-punches easily while tightening and fixing the ear skin. This and the integrated crown punching are the best prerequisites for soft ear punching. Air vents in the pin make sure the wound is getting ventilated to promote healing. At the same time the air vents create the intended breaking point in case the tag is pulled at. It is no longer possible to separate the ear tag. Based on present day standards, this guarantees maximum safety against tampering.

Die MultiFlex-Ohrmarke repräsentiert die zeitgemäße Entwicklung in der Tierkennzeichnung. Im praktischen Einsatz (Tragetest), bei unterschiedlichen Tierarten, wurde der vollflexiblen Ohrmarke ihre gute Haltbarkeit, bei gleichzeitig sehr geringen Verlustraten und hoher Tierfreundlichkeit, bewiesen. Die ausschließliche Verwendung von Polyurethan als Rohmaterial macht die MultiFlex-Ohrmarke zu einem äußerst langlebigen und effizienten Produkt. Die verwendete und patentierte Hartkranzspitze (HKS) zeichnet die Ohrmarke besonders aus. Diese äußerst scharfe Dornspitze ermöglicht ein leichtes Vorstechen bei gleichzeitiger Straffung und Festsetzung der Ohrhaut. Damit, und durch die integrierte Kranzstanzung, sind beste Voraussetzungen für eine tierschonende Ohrlochung gegeben. Im Dornschaft angebrachte Luftöffnungensorgen, durch die Zwangsbelüftung der Wunde, für eine schnelle Heilung. Gleichzeitig dienen die Luftlöcher bei Zugmanipulationen als Sollbruchstelle. Eine Trennung der Ohrmarke ist nicht mehr möglich. Damit kann nach heutigem Kenntnisstand ein Höchstmaß an Manipulationssicherheit gewährleistet werden.
